Pangkor Island Beach Resort – Check in to check it out

Pangkor Island is a tiny island off the coast of Perak in north-west peninsular Malaysia with only 8 square kilometres of land area. The Malaysian government calls it a Paradise island. I mean why would they not? They are after all promoting tourism to their country. But I swear to you, when you actually reach the island, which by the way is about a 30 minute ferry ride to the island from Lumut, it’s a great experience. Of course you can also drive it down, which is quite nice too. The scenery is breathtaking and you want to thank the lord for all his wonders. You have to take the North-South Highway to reach here. Don’t worry about getting hungry along the way. There are plenty R&R pit stops throughout the road which offers everything from local delicacies to fresh fruits. (more…)
